Open for book exchange on Mondays and Thursday from 3-6 PM. Story time is 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month from 11am-12pm. Come to exchange books and enjoy story time with AACF/RSVP volunteers.

Summer Community Festival -
at Xa Loi Temple and Meditation Center from 10:30am-9pm. Join in for a day of celebration in a beautiful, creative and loving environment for families and the community. Free entertainment, a Kids Corner, door prizes, raffles, food and more. Free entrance and open to the public.
22nd & 23rd
Across Ages Mentor Training
2 day training from 9-4 on the 22nd and 9-2:30 on the 23rd, presented by program developer, Dr. Andrea Taylor at the Monroe Center. Be a positive role model for a youth in our community. Please contact Tessie Peifer at 301-694-3355 for additional information and training registration.

AACF Baby Shower
5:30-7pm - be a part of an evening of education and fun! Join us for our free pre-and post-natal informational sessions, baby clothes and giveaways. Light refreshments provided, open to the public.
We encourage and remind all Americans to be prepared for disasters or emergencies in their homes, businesses and communities.
Held at the Frederick Fairgrounds, from 9am-2pm. Visit with more than 70 local businesses that provide services related to aging and senior care. Free and open to the public.
Annual Health Fair
Held at the Frederick Fairgrounds, it is the areas largest health fair providing free health services to individuals and families in our community. Please contact Tessie Peifer or Veronica Poole if you are interested in volunteering 301-694-3355.
